What counts as a sheet?
One student's paper, counted once when it is read, regardless of how many pages it contains. Re-reading or re-scoring the sheet after tweaking an answer key or penalty setting does NOT count again against your monthly sheet quota.
What happens if we reach our monthly sheet quota?
New scan uploads are temporarily paused until your next billing cycle resets or until you upgrade your plan. All your existing exam data, student report cards, and past results remain fully accessible.
Can we pay by institutional invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Enterprise accounts and annual Professional plans can be paid via wire transfer, bank invoicing, and institutional purchase orders. Contact our sales team to arrange payment terms.
Can we cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When cancelling a paid plan, your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle and then reverts to the Free tier. None of your historical exam data is deleted.
